studying spanish + reading vlog

Описание: self studying as an adult is the best... i’ve been trying to incorporate more nonfiction & spanish study into my reading routine to switch it up from just reading fiction books these days. i’m starting to get the hang of my spanish reading/study routine (which is in my new vlog on yt), & for nonfiction i’ve been annotating/taking notes so i can actually retain the info. i used to only read self help books, but am trying to learn more about history/politics & health/nutrition, so if anyone has good recs def lmk!
