-1 2/3 cup flour
-1/4 cocoa powder
-1 tsp baking soda
-1/4 tsp salt
-1/2 cup softened butter
-3/4 cup brown sugar
-1/4 cup sugar
-1 egg
-1 tbsp milk
-2 tsp vanilla
-Red food coloring
-Chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions :
-Whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt
-In another bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and regular sugar until creamy
-Add in egg and vanilla and mix
-Add in the dry ingredients, milk, and food coloring into the wet ingredients
-Mix until combined
-Chill dough for 1 or more hours
-Scoop dough into balls and bake at 350°F for 11-13 minutes
-Add chocolate chips (if using) and let cool
