I hiked 140 km of the UNESCO Geotrail in the Italian Dolomites with two amazing friends, Alina and Lea. Together we went on a stunning, intense journey through one of the most famous mountain regions in Europe.
I left the trail a bit early, and I’m okay with that. This is a story about being human on trail—not just pushing through, but listening, feeling, and honoring where you are.
