I'm using two Heir runes, and the best Moon rune. The weapon is the Holy Moonlight Sword +10, non-transformed. I use the straight, worn square borders on the ground to stop running, to avoid alerting these two enemies. When I get close enough, I hold R2 (charged attack) and allow it to hit whenever it's ready; as soon as it hits, I spam R2 until I see the second hit (sweeping slight left to right with an upwards finish), then I spam R1 until the visceral connects.
The dungeon was made by someone else, with the glyph 'ppqzah27'. Even though I had done all Chalice dungeons necessary to fight the Pthumerian Queen, I could not join this one. I had to make a dungeon called 'Pthumeru Ihyll Root Chalice' with all three offerings, which requires the following items:
Ritual Blood (5) 15
Tomb Mold (5) 15
Red Jelly 2
Sage's Hair 6
Yellow Backbone 6
Bastard of Loran 3
Once you enter this and light the first lantern, you are free to join the 'ppqzah27' glyph and rock out.
