Peter Pan & Wendy is Disney's latest reimagined story. This new version lacks all the essence that made the story work for over a century, replacing it with superficial characters moving around for two hours until the credits roll. Disney removed all the joy out of the story by taking away key elements of the characters and the world that made them interesting. Their approach with a more realistic and cynical take on the story falls flat because it's Disney, and they won't make more mature movies.
