Japan’s spring is on the way. Though still snow falls are a serious problem, on February 4, Risshun — the day when the beginning of spring starts, on Japan’s traditional 24 terms of season, Risshun － temperature rose across the country. In Aomori, highs reached mid-March levels, easing the cold but increasing the risk of falling snow and changing road conditions. In central Tokyo, the warmer daytime weather also hinted at spring. We asked people on the street what worries them most as spring approaches.
