Sourdough in the Lekue bread maker

The Lekue bread maker is great for making bread and not using multiple containers. The dough is kneaded and baked in the Lekue which makes for easy cleanup. I’ve tried various recipes and decided to give sourdough a try. Since the Lekue is so small (max ~600g of dough), I used half of a recipe that included some white whole wheat flour.
This bread maker is small enough to fit my Breville Smart oven Air as well as my Camp Chef oven so that I can make fresh bread at my campsite.
