Описание: In the District of Columbia special populations include a significant number of untargeted patients who have a number of primary care and chronic conditions and need comprehensive healthcare. This webinar will present a general overview of how safety net providers in the District of Columbia can serve the healthcare needs for special populations. Participants will learn about the importance of outreach to the special populations including those individuals who are homeless, residents who live in public housing and migrant families, and the opportunities that exist to enroll and treat these patients.
