Making Nachos Supreme

Ground Beef Nachos Supreme

Ingredients:
3 lbs ground beef browned and drained
Homemade refried beans, mashed as much as will fill a skillet ,depending on your preference.
or 28 oz canned refried beans , heated as per can instructions.
1 large can of Nacho cheese take as much as you plan to use and heat about 2-3 minutes in microwave stirring at 1 minute intervals until hot. ( If you are making the whole can heat it in a crockpot until hot)
1 Large 2 lb bag of tortilla chips

Optional toppings:

Sour cream
Guacamole ( 3 ripe avocados peeled & mashed add some garlic salt & a squeeze of Lemon for freshness)
Diced tomatoes 2 or 3
Sliced or choped bunch of green onions
Sliced black olives
Jar of sliced Jalapenos
Assemble to your preference...easy on the cheese ,no got carried away for the camera!🙄😆
