Scott Voltage Eride 910 2 minute review

Описание: I'm thinking about getting a new bike after 5151 miles on the Whyte!
I thought it would be good to try one of the current generation lighter bikes out there and arranged this couple of days on the Voltage with ‪@wetrocknride‬ .
Although I ultimately decided against buying it I did like a lots of things about it. The bike is really well equipped, excellent suspension, great brakes and so much lighter than I'm used to. The motor obviously didn't have the grunt of the 85nm I've currently got, but gave support on the climbs rather than doing everything for you. My biggest issue was the range, I used 84% of the battery on an easy local ride and 96 at Hamsterley where normally I would have liked the option to do more. There's an extender battery you can buy and it does charge quickly if you have a big power bank in the car, but these are going to add a lot to the cost of your bike.
Maybe by the time I'm ready to buy my next ebike technology will have given us full power at the 20kg weight limit so that's something to look forward to.
