This is an antique Japanese set of Gogatsu Ningyo, Samurai Musha doll displayed during Boy's day to to wish for boys’ healthy growth in Japan. It is dated mid. Meiji period (1880's-1890's).
The helmet has Kamon, family crest so this is custom-made and fabrics are made of silk and cotton.
It comes in an original storage box so all parts can be stored inside, also the doll can be displayed sitting on the box.
