दहि र बेसन बाट बनाउनुस यस्तो मिठो कढी बढी || Kadhi Pakoda - Dahi Curry (Kadhi badhi Nepali Style)

Описание: To prepare a Pakoda
1 medium size onion sliced
Chopped coriander leaves
Chopped green chilies
1 tsp turmeric powder
Salt as per the taste
1 tsp cumin powder
¼ cup gram flour (besan)
2 tbsp rice flour
1 tbsp curd
Mix it well
Heat oil to fry the pakoda
Fry the pakoda till it turns into a golden brown color
Fry the remaining ones
For the kadhi
In a mixing bowl, add ½ cup gram flour (besan)
1 cup curd (preferred sour)
Add ½ cup water and give it a good mix
Mix it really well to avoid the lumps
Add 2 cups water
To prepare a kadhi add 2 tbsp oil in a pan
Add 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 dried chilies
Add chopped onion and green chilies
Saute for 30 seconds
Add 1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
Add crushed ginger and garlic (small size ginger and 3 garlic cloves)
Saute the masala for a minute
Now add the gram flour and curd mixture (which we made earlier)
Keep on stir it
We need to cook for 3-4 minutes
Switch off the flame
Add chopped coriander leaves
Add the pakoda
You can even temper with cumin, mustard seeds and dried chilies
