Today I got the first turns on my new powder snowboard for 2020, the Bataleon Party Wave. With the Party Wave's unique combination of directional features, large waist width and large sidecut, I suspected it would be a great freeride/carving snowboard when I'm not able to ride powder and was a large reason I ended up buying this snowboard. A lot of practice still needs to happen on this board, but I could tell from run 1 that it is going to be a great board for some morning corduroy laps this season.
