Описание: Couple years ago, I was in complete social isolation, and it wasn’t the covid-19 pandemic. On that moment, I was facing severe mental issues, depression and loneliness.

It was worse. I was trapped in my own house, injured, and completely alone.
No work. No gym. No distractions. Just silence.
And in that silence… everything I’d buried came up.

This video is a mirror and if you watch it till the end, it might trigger exactly what you’ve been trying to avoid: pain, anger, tears, and the shame you’ve carried too long.

Maybe you’ll feel it rise. And that’s the point.
Because that’s where healing starts.
