This smoky pineapple cocktail exceeded my expectations! Quite simply, this was incredibly delicious, refreshing and packed with so much tropical smoky flavor.
This is Mezcals debut for the channel and we paired it with something tropical that we absolutely think you'll love!
If you aren't a mezcal fan, don't worry, just substitute tequila!
Gringos Pineapple Mezcalito:
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
2 oz. Mezcal
3/4 oz. Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Agave
Shake it on up baby!!
Serve over Ice with a Tajin rim, enjoy! 🌴
