Salted Cod Fish Buns | Saltfish buns!!

In this recipe, I’m showing you how to make delicious salted cod fish buns! This is a great recipe to make ahead and keep in the fridge or freezer for a quick easy meal for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It’s also great to make for a picnic or to take when you are on the go! These buns can be stored in the freezer and warmed up in the microwave for 1.5 minutes (they come out soft and moist). If you like what you see please like, share and subscribe. Bread Dough

6 cups all purpose flour
3 eggs
½ cup butter
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup warm milk
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp yeast with 1 tbsp sugar
1 cup warm water

Egg Wash

1 egg
2 tbsp cream or milk

Codfish Stuffing

2 lb codfish
1 chopped onion
1 tsp curry
1 tbsp green seasoning (season to taste)
