🧬Parenting hack: seeing what is as a gift and working with it instead of seeing it as a curse and being victim to it.
 
🥂We are alive! Let’s live! Even if we did not have children, we would still be faced with the task of choosing inner peace moment to moment as best we can.
 
❌Do not let parenthood be the excuse we tell ourselves is preventing us from living in peace.
