✳︎Ingredients (23×13×H7cm Loaf Pan)
170g Flour
90g Almond flour
12g Baking powder
3 Whole egg
140g Sugar
90g Butter
250g Mascarpone
130g Blueberries
50g Shredded Coconut
✳︎How to make
1. Sift the flour, almond flour and baking powder together.
2. Soften the butter in a bowl.
3. Add sugar.
4. Gradually add eggs and mix.
5. Add mascarpone and mix well.
6. Add the sifted flour and mix it in a cutting motion.
7. Add blueberries and shredded coconut.
6. Pour the filling into a cake tin and bake it in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 45 to 60 minutes.
