Lohia Corp offers a comprehensive range of circular looms
for weaving light to heavy weight tubular or flat PP/HDPE
fabrics for a wide variety of end applications.
Lohia Corp's loom ranges from 4 shuttle for open mesh
(leno weave) packaging fabric for fruits& vegetable, to 6
shuttle for a vast range of packaging applications such as
cement, fertilizer, polymer granules, chemica ls, grains,
animal feed, seeds and husk; to 8 & 10 shuttle for the
production of wide width fabric for Jumbo bags (FIBC's),
tarpaulins and geo & agro textiles. It has advantages of the
latest technology - higher operating efficiencies, excellent
weaving quality, lower wastage, lower energy consumption,
lower maintenance etc. making our looms the best choice
for customers.
Our looms are available under four distinct machine
models: nova, LSL, LENO and venti. Picks per minute = cam RPM x Number of
shuttles
Gear Ratio = Haul off gear ratio X no of teeth of
Haul off Sprocket + motor gear Sprocket.

WARP is the vertical yarns or tapes in the woven
fabric. Circular Loom WARP Calculation is another
very important factor for polypropylene sacks
making. This calculation is vital to achieving the
correct fabric width and the number of WARPs
required of specific yarn sizes. The method below
explains how to calculate the number of WARPs on
a circular loom.
We require the following preproduction factors for
Circular Loom WARP Calculation and for the right
setup of looms,
1. Tubular or Open fabric Width
2. Tape or Yarn Width
3. Number of Gourmet Belts in the loom for
correct setup of the yarn
1. Obtaining Fabric Width
If the sample fabric width (tubular fabric) is given
then we need to multiply this by 2 to obtain the
open fabric width.
For instance, the tubular or circular fabric width of
the given sample is 450mm (45cm), therefore the
open fabric width will be;
Open Fabric Width = Tubular Fabric Width X2 = 450mm
