Chocolate Tres Leches Cake With Dulce De Leche Frosting

INGREDIENTS

Cake
1½ cups sugar
1 ¼ cups flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate milk
8 ounces dark chocolate,
¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2/3 cup vegetable oil
4 large eggs at room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Tres leches mixture
1 cup chocolate milk
1 can (10 Oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 can (11Oz) evaporated milk

Dulce de leche topping
3 cups cold whipping cream
½ cup dulce de leche
