I used the Redream emulator to play it.
This is the November 30 1999 prototype the earliest leaked version discovered so far. I personally believe that there are at least 3 even earlier builds that have not been discovered yet.
The file as is available only goes up to level 4 but I've hacked in the remaining levels as well as some unused items.
Do note that the majority of the game is quite similar to the final and the meat of the video will be the beginnings of the first three levels where I have hacked in unused items, and level 5 and 6 particularly, which feature drastically different layouts.
