I make a simple, quick and healthy seafood dish in about 5 minutes with sardines (may alternate with another fatty/oily fish), whole grain brown rice, mixed vegetables (broccoli; kale; Mediterranean blend including zucchini, yellow squash, carrots, green beans, red peppers, onions), mixed fruit (pre-cut avocado; wild blueberries; dragonfruit, passionfruit, mango), EVOO and salt-free seasoning.
