There are at least 4 different Sega references going on in this match. I'll list them.
1. Sonic
2. Bayonetta
3. Bayonetta's forward throw.
4. The music "After Burner (∞ Climax Mix)".
5. The official render pose Bayonetta takes for her "Bayonetta 1" outfit".
To explain 3, her forward throw has her perform the shoulder check technique known as "Tetsuzanko". This is the signature technique of Akira Yuki of the Virtua Fighter series. Occasionally, when Bayonetta uses this in Smash, she'll say "Ten years too early!" in Japanese (十年早いんだよ!/Juunen hayain da yo!), which is Akira's catchphrase. This can even happen in her own games if she finishes a horde of enemies with this same technique.
To explain 4, as it says so itself, the After Burner theme is actually a remix made just for Bayonetta, as it is based on the song of the same name from an actual Sega game called After Burner. This is also where Bayonetta gets her After Burner kick from in both Smash and her own games.
Finally, to explain 5, although you can't see it well in this match, the pose Bayonetta for her official render when she's in her original outfit is based on the exact same pose she took in another crossover game called Anarchy Reigns, or Max Anarchy. The alt color for this outfit only are also based on the same alts she has in that game.
--------------
Seriously, Bayonetta is a walking machine of Sega references. At the least play her first game to discover some Sonic references, such as how she collects rings, or in her case Halos, for money. Play her second game and you'll soon discover a lot of Nintendo references, too, courtesy of Nintendo, themselves.
