Took the old 9000 to a frozen lake driving event with one of the oldest Saab clubs in Norway. The 9000 usually stays in the garage the whole winter to spare it for more rust due to the salt on the roads. But since the temperature was well below -15c, the salt no longer has any effect, and it is safer to drive.
Since the 9000 is not used in the winter, it had old studded winter tires from Nokian. More specifically, the Hakkapelliita 8 with a date stamp from 2015. Did pretty well considering the old tires. This only shows how good winter tires are in the winter!
And just listen to that turbo sing!
