Product Info: In Apples to Apples Kids 7+ from Mattel, the award-winning game of funny comparisons has been designed for younger players with kid-friendly content, and words that are appropriate for beginning readers. Game play is similar to the original with two types of cards: Red Apple, which contain nouns, and Green Apple, which contain adjectives. Each player is dealt five Red Apple cards, and must select the one from his or her hand that he or she feels is most like the adjective on the Green Apple card played by the judge. Players then hand their selected cards to the judge face down, and he or she reads all the answers aloud. Players can then try to convince the judge why a card should be declared the winner. The judge chooses the winner of that round however he or she sees fit, whether it’s the funniest, the most literal, or the most creative. The winner of each round wins the green apple card, and the first player with four green apple cards wins the game. The role of judge passes to the player on the left each round so every player will most likely get a chance to be the judge. Apples to Apples Kids 7+ is for 4-10 players ages 7 and up, and includes 288 unique cards.
