FULL: White House reaffirms support for ICE after agents kill another protester

Описание: White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt briefed the media on Monday following the fatal shooting of 37-year-old Alex Pretti by a federal official in Minneapolis on Saturday amid growing unrest between demonstrators and Immigration Customs and Enforcement (ICE) officers in the area.

On Monday President Donald Trump revealed that he and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz had a good call and are on a "similar wavelength" following the incident.

According to Leavitt, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) have teamed up for an investigation. She also stated that there is an internal Customs and Border Protection (CBP) investigation into the deadly incident as well as what is occurring on the ground in Minnesota.
