The Job Advisor according to Dr Romesh Wadhwani should create a master plan encompassing the entirety of the goal, identify the different initiatives which add value and last, but not the least co-ordinate between the ministries and the State Government, so as to create the most impact. He also goes on to define what is economic growth and how entrepreneurship allows for it. This would not only increase employment but also create a healthy economic growth rate through job creation.
