For the past four years Billy Ocean has come to Disney's Food & Wine Festival. He graciously granted me an interview after the show, but he had finished three shows in one night, so we kept the interview short. Billy Oceans is one of the nicest, most gracious entertainers I have had the opportunity to interview. Billy Ocean lives in England but whenever he comes to Florida, I plan to be there! I am a huge fan! LOL
