Notable progress on the viaduct where scaffolding on 2 piers have finally been removed contrasts with the slow progress of the drone in reaching it’s target. But some concrete segments originally positioned on the deck have been adjusted for some in-situ concrete pour. Further work is needed on the structure before its completion.
The viaduct is situated in the Chilterns, south of Wendover in Buckinghamshire. Footage taken last week in 30 degrees temperature/bright day occasionally.
South Heath cutting to the east of the viaduct is yet to reveal itself.
High speed trains are due to traverse this area in the early to mid 2030's on UK's new high speed line, between London, Birmingham and the north.
