Day 40 of my real weight loss and fitness journey in the UAE 🇦🇪
This channel documents my natural transformation from 94kg toward 65kg while living a busy Pakistani lifestyle in the UAE with long travel hours, limited sleep, and simple home food. No steroids, no crash dieting, no personal trainer — just discipline, calorie control, and consistent gym sessions.
My goal is to show that real people with real responsibilities can still lose weight slowly and sustainably without unrealistic influencer routines.

• Bodyweight Squats
– 20 reps × 2 sets (warm-up and activation)
• Leg Press Machine
– 12 reps × 3 sets (controlled tempo)
• Front Leg Extension
– 15 reps × 3 sets (focus on quads)
• Back Leg Extension (Seated Leg Curl)
– 12 reps × 3 sets (hamstring isolation)
• Bulgarian Split Squats
– 10 reps × 2 sets each leg (balance + glute focus)
• Calf Raises (Machine or Bodyweight)
– 20 reps × 3 sets (full stretch and squeeze)
• Battle Rope (Conditioning)
– 30 seconds × 2 rounds
• Light Jogging (Cooldown)
– 5–7 minutes (blood flow and recovery)
