Kakanin is an umbrella term for Filipino sweets and one of them is "put0" I can't really put it as a title nor spell it correctly because in some language the word put0 is quite offensive but if you are from the Philippines it is nothing but a sweet and fluffy dessert or snack that you can enjoy anytime of the day! It is super easy to make, watch this video to know how!
Ingredients are:
1 1/2 cup cake flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
1 cup water
whites of 4 large eggs
1 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 cup sugar
Salted egg
Cheese
