Core work isn’t about how much you move.
It’s about how well you can control the movement. Half-kneeling position with the band overhead. Stable base. Stacked ribs. Quiet pelvis.
Side bend slowly toward the front leg
while keeping constant tension in the band.
No momentum. No compensation.
The quadratus lumborum takes the lead,
with the obliques and lats supporting overhead stability.
This is lateral flexion done right.
Strength you can control.
Stability you can trust.
