Ingredients:
Udon Noodles
Ginger & Garlic (Freshly chopped)
Vegetables (Bell peppers, carrots, onions)
Dark & Regular Soy Sauce
Sugar (The secret flavor balancer!)
Cornstarch slurry (for the glossy finish)
[Short Recipe Steps]
1) Boil: Udon noodles ko 3-5 minutes tak boil kijiye (don't overcook!).
2) Sauté: High flame par adrak (ginger), lehsun (garlic) aur apni pasand ki veggies ko stir-fry karein.
3) The Sauce: Soy sauce aur sugar daalkar mix karein.
4) The Gloss: Cornstarch slurry add karein takki sauce thick aur glossy ban jaye.
5)The Toss: Noodles add karein aur 60 seconds tak high flame par achhe se toss karein.
6)Finish: Green onions se garnish karein aur serve karein!
