We travelled on the Fort Myers to Key West Express Ferry, which takes around 4 hours and is actually quicker than driving.
The Ferry is a fun part of the holiday experience and a great way to arrive in Key West.
We spent 2 days exploring Key West and experiencing its unique old town charms and vibrant social scene.
Beautiful houses and architecture, quaint shops and gorgeous beaches all within a 30 minute walk of the center.
Fort Zachary offers a glimpse of the past and a break from the bustling streets, a beautiful park well worth a visit.
