Healthy and crispy Air Fryer Sabudana Vada made with just 1 cup sabudana!
Perfect fasting snack (vrat), Navratri recipe, and oil-free snack.
Easy, tasty, and guilt-free vadas without deep frying 😍
• 1 cup Sabudana (Tapioca Pearls) – soaked for 4 hours
• 2 medium Boiled Potatoes – mashed
• 1/4 cup Roasted Peanuts – coarsely crushed
• 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander Leaves – finely chopped
• 3-4 Green Chilies – finely chopped
• 1 tsp Cumin powder
• Black Salt - to taste
• 1–2 tbsp Oil – for brushing
• Curry leaves
Air fry at 200°C for 10–12 minutes.
• 12 minutes – very crispy
• 10 minutes – soft inside & crispy outside
Flip the vadas halfway, apply oil on both sides, and continue air frying until golden and crispy.
