How To Do Facial Gua Sha With A $2 Soup Spoon

Описание: Learn how to do a full facial gua sha session using something you probably already have in your kitchen....a ceramic soup spoon! The first acupuncturist I ever saw taught me to use a spoon to do gua sha, and it works quite well despite being limited on the types of surfaces and edges.

To prep my skin for this session I used the following products:
