The first four stations of the Dubai Loop will be built at the Burj Khalifa by Emaar, DIFC 2, Zabeel Dubai Mall Parking and ICD Brookfield Place.
The high-speed underground road system will be constructed by Elon Musk’s The Boring Company @theboringcompany4601.
