The tool we're using today is ImageJ, and this is an open source Java program, and you can use this on Windows, MacOS, and Linux. And there are actually couple different distributions of ImageJ, and we are using Fiji. And this is the distribution I probably would recommend if you're gonna use the ImageJ for CT image analysis. And again, this is available on all 3 operating systems.
