South Yorkshire Cardiothoracic Centre is one of the busiest and largest cardiothoracic centres in the country, treating patients from across the South Yorkshire, North Derbyshire and North Nottinghamshire areas.
Patients benefit from five state-of-the-art cardiac catheterisation laboratories, advanced diagnostic equipment such as treadmill exercise testing and echocardiology, a 12-bedded cardiac intensive care unit and an eight-bedded coronary care unit.
