Arcade Gannon is a Doctor with the Followers of the Apocalypse in Fallout New Vegas. But he was born at Navarro and his father was a member of The Enclave. Choosing him as a follower in fonv provides a lot of interesting dialogue, especially on your quest to collect the Enclave Remnants for one last ride to fight at Hoover Dam. Arcade Gannon is also one of the best companions as his skills with a laser pistol are unmatched and he will eventually lead you to the Enclave.
