As a teenager, Joseph was more interested in getting a job than sitting in a classroom. He dropped out of school when he was 15 and went right to work in his dad’s truck shop. That proved to be a smart move and he quickly developed a passion for truck repair.

Of course, no business reaches a 7-figure revenue overnight. AD Truck Service grew slowly but steadily during Joseph’s first 5 years in the business. Moving to a new, larger shop and integrating better systems to delegate work helped propel their trucking business to the next level.
