Progressive Rock Archives says: "A Rome-based unit STERBUS were founded in 2004 by Emanuele STERBINI (guitars, voices, bass, synthesizers) and Dominique D'AVANZO (flute, clarinet, voices), inspired obviously by Britpop, US indie scene, authentic progressive rock like King Crimson, or Rock In Opposition / Avantgarde world like Zappa, especially Cardiacs. They've started recording material with lots of music / artistic collaborators since 2005, and released their first ep titled "Eva Anger" in 2007. Their latest double album "Real Estate / Fake Inverno" was out in 2018, in collaboration with a drummer of Cardiacs Bob LEITH."
