How to hit a basic chip shot around the green.
This is the lower shot that will run out more. Here’s what to do:
➡️ Set up a little closer to the ball and lift the handle up away from your body so the handle is more in the palm of your hands
➡️ Ball is back in your stance, just inside of trail foot
➡️ Weight mostly on lead leg
➡️ Hands pressed forward towards lead thigh
➡️ Think putting stroke, keep your arms and wrist quiet and just let them swing - the Y created by your arms and the club should stay the same size during the shot
