Mistpeak Valley Gnome locations.
#1 - On top of the frozen waterfall next to the Demon door.
#2 - Inside Chillbreath Caverns, use the entrance where you go across the bridge that's closest to the Demon door. It's on the roof between a Stalactite and a column.
#3 - Just outside a dug out area further up Mistpeak Valley. Crossing the third bridge up and straight forward takes you there.
#4 - Inside Chillbreath Caverns, use the entrance just up the hill and to the left from where you would normally go to the left and down to get to the Mercenary camp. It's far inside, on top of a column on the larger iced area.
#5 - Up a hill to the right of the Monorail entrance, sitting just outside the ringed wall to the right on a raised bit of land.
#6 - Inside the Monorail, just behind the wreckage of the Monorail on a wooden beam.
#7 - At the end of the Monorail cave in the arena structure where you fight the Hobbes with Walter. It's just above the archway you enter on the inside.
