今回は、とある大変重要なご報告のため、急遽東京へ飛んできました。

KATOさんと共に進めさせていただいた「SL冬の湿原号」のNゲージ化プロジェクトが、地域創生に貢献した企画として大変名誉な評価をいただき、なんと首相官邸にお招きいただき、内閣総理大臣にご報告するという大役を仰せつかりました。

もちろん総理官邸では一切の動画撮影はできませんでしたが、この動画では、釧路から東京への移動や、KATOの中原さん、木原さんと合流し、信じられないような緊張感の中で総理官邸へ向かう様子などを記録しています 。限られた写真のスライドと共に、この貴重な経験の雰囲気をお伝えできればと思います。

模型店の店主が、まさかこんな形で総理大臣にお会いする日が来るとは夢にも思いませんでした。

[VLog #438] ★A Sudden Trip to Tokyo! (Sep 25-27, 2025)【MIYAKE Hobbyshop】

Hello everyone! This is Kazuaki Miyake, the 3rd generation owner of MIYAKE Hobbyshop.
This is a vlog from my sudden business trip to Tokyo! I met up with the wonderful people at KATO for a very important mission. Please enjoy the full report of this trip!

The SL Fuyu-no-Shitsugen-go project led to a major event!

This time, I had to fly to Tokyo on short notice for a very important report. The "SL Fuyu-no-Shitsugen-go" N-scale project, which we promoted together with KATO, received a very prestigious evaluation as a project that contributed to regional revitalization. Incredibly, this led to an invitation to the Prime Minister's Official Residence (the Kantei) to report to the Prime Minister in person.

Of course, no video recording was permitted inside the Kantei, but this video documents the journey to this momentous occasion, including my travels from Kushiro to Tokyo and meeting up with Nakahara-san and Kihara-san from KATO as we nervously headed to the venue. Along with a slideshow of the few photos we were able to take, I hope to convey the atmosphere of this invaluable experience.

I never dreamed that a simple hobby shop owner like me would one day meet the Prime Minister.
