NOA issue in e-GP/Issue of Notification of Award

The process of issuing NOA in e-GP is as follows:

The procuring entity (PE) logs in to the e-GP system and selects the tender that has been evaluated and approved.
The PE clicks on the “Issue NOA” button and selects the winning bidder from the list of evaluated bidders.
The PE fills in the details of the NOA, such as the contract amount, the contract duration, the performance security, and the contract signing deadline.
The PE reviews the NOA and clicks on the “Submit” button to issue the NOA to the winning bidder.
The winning bidder receives an email notification and a message in the e-GP system that they have been issued the NOA.
The winning bidder logs in to the e-GP system and views the NOA details.
The winning bidder clicks on the “Accept NOA” button to accept the NOA and confirm their readiness to sign the contract.
The PE receives an email notification and a message in the e-GP system that the winning bidder has accepted the NOA.
The PE and the winning bidder sign the contract offline within the contract signing deadline.
