Ever since I was young, I knew I had a large capacity for love. I’ve always been an extravert, lit up by connection, nourished by people.

In college, a professor once pulled me aside at a legislative event and told me that “hugging in public” was frowned upon. That I needed to curb my affection.

That never made sense to me.

As I’ve grown into adulthood, one thing has become crystal clear:
My purpose is to love.

There is profound healing through love.
Love heals wounds we didn’t even know we were carrying.

So I’ve dedicated my life to creating spaces, practices, and rituals that help people heal through connection — whether through my writing (Polyagony), or through embodiment work like tantra, somatic breathwork, cathartic expression, and sacred gathering.

When we reconnect to our bodies…
When we dare to be authentic…
When we allow ourselves to love and be loved…

Everything changes.

I am committed to building a world for the next generation that is loving, accepting, and kind. Every workshop. Every word. Every event reflects that mission.
