4 large eggs, hard-boiled – I soft boiled 5 mins
4 large leeks, cleaned and sliced
Butter (for sautéing leeks)
Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Cheese Sauce:
30g unsalted butter
1 tbsp cornstarch/flour
500ml milk
200g sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 teaspoon mustard (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste

Air fryer 340°F (170°C) 20 mins
