Mac Miller’s life has been well-documented on this platform, and it’d be hard for me to say something about him that we don’t already know

But in this video I want to take a more… personal angle.

The tragedy of Mac Miller’s untimely demise is one I believe every young person should be aware of, and examine in light of their own life to see what influenced Mac in his initial rise to fame, his trials and tribulations once he became a celebrity, and what his mind looked like in his final moments before death.

There are so many things in pop culture that we’re told are incredible that we should chase that will make our lives better! And it’s brainwashed so many into the lifestyle that they lie to themselves and everyone around them to maintain the facade but if there’s anything Mac Miller’s life tells us...

It's that a life of indulgence, a life searching for clout, a life dependent on vices, only leads us one way. It looks different for everyone, but at the end of the day, it’s all the same.

Why did Mac Miller have to swim in circles throughout his entire career?

To answer that question, we have to go back to the beginning.
