Let's make a super simple chocolate slice!

This chocolate slice is fudgy and super easy to make.
Mix together:
125g melted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Add:
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup plain flour
1/4 cup self-raising flour
1/2 cup dessicated coconut
Mix well until thoroughly combined. place mixture into a slice tray lined with baking paper and bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes.
Icing: In a heat proof bowl, add:
2 cups icing sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 teaspoons butter
Add 4 tablespoons of boiling water and mix thoroughly. if too thick, SLOWLY add more boiling water, just a couple of drops at a time, mixing after each addition.
You want a thick icing, just pourable (see video).
Spread icing onto warm slice and top with shredded coconut, or 100s and 1000s.
Let slice cool completely before cutting. Enjoy!
